Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how Pascal and its affiliates ("Pascal", "we", "our", or "us") process Personal Data (defined below) of individuals who use our services, including our platform, website (pascalai.co), mobile applications, and other online services (jointly, the "Services"). This Policy also explains your rights and choices about how we use your Personal Data, including how you can access or update certain information about you.
In this Policy, "Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, such as an individual's name, address, telephone number, or email address. In certain jurisdictions, this may also be referred to as "Personal Information."
By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the Services.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
1.1 Personal Information You Provide
Account Information: When you create an account with Pascal, we collect your email address, username, encrypted password, profile preferences, and notification settings.
Voice samples and generated audio: When you upload a recording to create a User Voice Model or to process audio, we process that recording to run the job. Uploads and derived features are partitioned to your account and encrypted at rest. Provide your own voice. See the Terms of Service.
Communication Data: When you contact us for support or enterprise inquiries, we collect email correspondence, bug reports, and survey responses.
1.2 Google user data
If you choose Sign in with Google, we access only the Google account email address and basic profile name that Google sends us. We use that Google user data only to create or open your Pascal account and to keep you signed in. We store that email and name on your Pascal account. We do not share Google user data with advertisers or other third parties, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train any model. We do not read your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google product. You can ask us to delete this account data by emailing contact@pascalai.co.
1.3 Site measurement
We measure how the site is used with Vercel Web Analytics and Google Analytics. These record pages viewed, the referring site, browser, and approximate location. A signup is recorded as an event, without your name or email. Google Analytics uses cookies. We do not send audio, scripts, or account contents to Google.
2. YOUR DATA IS NOT USED TO TRAIN MODELS
We do not train, fine-tune, or adapt any Pascal model on your uploads, scripts, generated audio, User Voice Models, or any other customer content. None of that data is used to train any model.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
3.1 Service Provision & Security
We use collected data to operate and maintain the service, authenticate sessions, and process audio jobs.
3.2 Cryptographic Deletion
You may request deletion of audio projects and User Voice Models from your account. Deletion destroys the associated keys. Cached audio becomes unrecoverable within 24 hours. Email contact@pascalai.co if you cannot complete the request in the product.
4. GDPR, CCPA & INTERNATIONAL DATA RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access, correction, portability, or deletion of your personal data. Email contact@pascalai.co.
5. CONTACT OUR DATA PROTECTION OFFICER
For privacy questions or deletion requests, email contact@pascalai.co.
