Last Updated: October 11, 2026 · Effective Date: August 16, 2025

Important Notice

PLEASE NOTE: THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CONTAIN MANDATORY DISPUTE RESOLUTION, ARBITRATION, CLASS ACTION WAIVER, AND PRE-DISPUTE PROVISIONS THAT AFFECT YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THESE TERMS AND WITH RESPECT TO DISPUTES YOU MAY HAVE WITH PASCAL. UPDATES TO THESE TERMS MAY AFFECT PAST UNREPORTED DISPUTES. PLEASE REVIEW MONTHLY, AT LEAST QUARTERLY, AND UPON NOTICE.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

1.1 PASCAL SERVICES

These Terms of Service (these "Terms") contain the general terms and conditions on which Pascal ("Pascal", "Company", "Service Provider" or "Platform") supplies, and under which users may access and use, the content, products and/or services available via the www.pascalai.co website (the "Website"), through applications distributed for use on mobile devices (the "Apps") or via other delivery methods (the Website and such content, products, services are collectively referred to herein as the "Service" or "Services").

The Service provides speech-to-text, text-to-speech, speech from a reference sample of your own verified voice, voice design, conversion, continuation, stem separation, and audio restoration, through the studio and the API.

1.2 BINDING AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Pascal. By accessing, browsing, or using the Service in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

1.3 INCORPORATION OF ADDITIONAL TERMS

These Terms incorporate Pascal's Privacy Policy at www.pascalai.co/privacy. You agree to use the Services in line with the law that applies to you.

1.4 HOSTED AND COMMERCIAL MODELS

Hosted models are the models Pascal runs. Pascal's policies apply to hosted models.

Commercial models are models from another provider, billed through Pascal. The policy of that model's provider applies to that model. Deepgram's policies apply to Deepgram models. Sarvam's policies apply to Sarvam models.

Your Pascal account, payment, and use of the studio and the API remain covered by these Terms.

2. USER VOICE MODELS

Some of the Services allow you to create a voice model that can be used to generate synthetic speech sounding like your voice (a "User Voice Model"). To create a User Voice Model, you provide a recording of your own voice. We may ask you to read the words we display, once, into a live microphone, and we compare that recording with your sample. How we collect, use, retain, and delete those recordings is described in the Privacy Policy. You may ask us to delete a User Voice Model by emailing contact@pascalai.co.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & OWNERSHIP

3.1 OWNERSHIP OF GENERATED OUTPUT

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable subscription or usage fees, Pascal grants you full worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free commercial ownership of all synthesized speech, cleaned audio stems, and dubbed tracks generated through your account.

We claim no copyright or intellectual property rights over your generated audio files. You are free to monetize, broadcast, embed, and distribute generated audio across commercial television, film, video game engines, and digital broadcast media.

3.2 PLATFORM TECHNOLOGY

All neural network architectures, proprietary speech synthesis models, user interfaces, software APIs, and underlying algorithms remain the exclusive intellectual property of Pascal and its licensors.

4. USAGE, FAIR USE & BILLING

4.1 USAGE

Studio plans include prepaid software usage for the billing cycle. API purchases add prepaid API usage. Usage is metered by model, duration or character count, and a per-request fee. It is not transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be resold. Unused monthly plan usage does not roll over. It resets at the end of each billing cycle.

New accounts receive 1,000 credits for use in the studio only. The API balance starts at zero. API credit is purchased separately and remains until used. The minimum purchase is $5 of credit, or ₹499 of credit in India. Checkout adds a platform fee of 5.5% of the credit amount or $0.80, whichever is greater. In India, GST is charged on the credit plus the platform fee. The platform fee and any tax do not add credits.

API requests are subject to rate limits and concurrency limits.

5. WARRANTIES, INDEMNIFICATION & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

5.1 DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE PASCAL NEURAL STUDIO INFRASTRUCTURE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
